Ferro Silicon Magnesium

FeSiMg Alloy, also known as Ferro Silicon Magnesium is a kind of good nodulizer. It contains Rare Earth elements with strong mechanical strength, the effect of deoxidization and desulfurization is strong.

This Ferro Silicon Magnesium alloy is used by almost every steel and iron plant as an oxidizing agent for iron and steel. The combined properties of Silicon and Magnesium increase strength, ductility, rigidity and high resistance of the steel

Ferro Silicon Inoculant (Silicon Based)

Ferrosilicon inoculant is a granular charge additive made of ferrosilicon as raw material and formed through a series of processing such as crushing and sieving.

Ferrosilicon inoculant is suitable for gray casting and inoculation treatment of ductile iron to refine graphite and reduce whiteness. Ferrosilicon inoculant can form nuclei in a wide range of temperatures and has strong spheroidization and recession resistance, which can effectively prevent the cold state tendency of castings.

Barium Based Inoculant FeSiBa

Silicon Barium Inoculant is an artificial composite ferro alloys product, which is used in steelmaking as a deoxidizer, desulfurizer and casting inoculant. It can improve the performance of the product.

The addition of Barium to ferrosilicon can promote graphitization. Improve the morphology and distribution of graphite in thin-walled castings.
